Total prep time: 20 min


1 lb. rotini or farfalle pasta 8 – 10 side dish servings
1 container Romarsi Pesto
1 can pitted & sliced black olives Level: easy
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1 red bell pepper (seeded & chopped)
Salt and pepper


Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.Drain under cold water until pasta is cool. Place in a bowl and add Romarsi Pesto. Add the remaining ingredients to bowl and toss until coated evenly with the pesto. Place in refrigerator and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Make it a meal by adding chicken.
