Basic Pesto Recipe

(4 – 6 Servings)

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ready in: 25 minutes

Using a 6 – 8 quart pan, bring about 4 quarts of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 6 – 8 minutes stirring occasionally, until “al dente”. Drain pasta, saving about 1/4 – 1/3 cup water, (if you prefer to make pesto more liquidy) and return to pan. Mix in Pesto To Go, and stir until evenly coated. Optional: Add cut up tomatoes, olives, and anchovies on top. Buon Appetito!
